The full pipeline is available as reproducible, version-pinned Docker images — containerized and performance-optimized — on GitHub: wanglab-upenn/inferno-containerized.
The original INFERNO source and its Apache Spark implementation remain at INFERNO and SparkINFERNO.
Inferno Blaze (coming soon)
An advanced, interactive version with job queues and guided analysis is in development.
